Terry SalmondCulinary Director
Chef Terry has been working in hospitality for 20 years, his career has taken him across Canada and into some of the most demanding kitchens in the country. Over the course of his career he has cultivated an open approach to food that is focused on seasonal fresh products and diverse cooking techniques he calls “freestyle Canadiana”.
Terry now spends more time than ever diving into the meaning and connection found around the table sharing food with friends and family. Drawing on the energy of the guests and the focus of the evening gives him the opportunity to move into the feelings we cherish when we gather in celebration of food and life.
